I seriously can't decide on either myself. Manny might be too fast for Galaxy but I think Galaxy might have been too powerful.

Assuming you mean Khaosai Galaxy (who fought at super flyweight), he would knock Pacquiao out.

Pacquiao was still young as a flyweight and knocked out twice.

Khaosai's twin brother Khaokor (who fought at bantamweight and won the title twice) would probably be knocked out by Pacquiao.
