I would have to go with Ali by a wide UD. Ali is to smart for Haye IMO. Ali would pepper him with stiff jabs all night while dancing around Haye keeping Haye frustrated. Not taking anything from Haye but Ali is a step above Haye in the skills department. He is also smarter than Haye IMO.
