Depends. Povetkin/Chambers was a classic example of that.
Chambers dominated the early rounds by connecting with crisp, sharp punches at a high % rate. Had he not stopped throwing, he could have won easily. Volume punching seems to wow the judges more sometimes, especially if they don't have a clear view of whether they're landing or not.
this is a really ****** ass question.. you could have thrown 4 punches and landed all of them while your opponent threw 30 and landed 10.. It depends on how many punches you actaully landed and how effective they were not the percentage so niether.
