Povetkin by UD or late TKO....I am not sold on Haye yet, he needs to prove himself at heavyweight.

I could see the wlad Clan are out in force today, Haye would KO povetkin..Haye's style suit the throw-a-lot of punches come forward style that povetkin would bring, The more Haye's opponents let there hand go the more chance for Haye to land his Hayemakers.

If Povetkin can take Haye's powershot then its all over for Haye.

To those crybabies who are always whining about how bad the heavyweight division is, I say this is one of the most exciting, entertaining matchups possible in boxing!
very difficult to say considering we cant gauge haye at heavyweight yet. he hasnt fought any heavy with a pulse. povetkin who isnt a huge puncher would still be a much harder puncher then any cuiserweight haye has fought and he puts a lot of pressure on you. I'd have to side with povetkin until I see haye take some legit heavyweight shots

This would be a good matchup. Haye keeps his left hand low which could open himself up to Povetkin but Povetkin has shown that he gets hit with right hands all the time, I'd give the edge to Povetkin now because Haye has only fought Bonin at heavyweight, I could change my mind if Haye is impressive in his first few heavyweight fights.

I wouldnt have a problem with this post if haye has proved he can knock out even semi durable heavyweights. we dont know this yet and povetkin hasnt shown any chin problems as of yet. haye's power may or may not be effective at heavyweight. it likely wont have the same impact it did on cruiserweights. povetkin is a pressure fighter and hits much harder then any cruiserweight. it would be a very dangerous fight for haye. he'd have a chance but at this point I'd have to lean toward povetkin who hasnt been hurt in any fights

Both can be hit but haye despite what some people say has good reactions and fairly good head movment at times. If haye bring his hayemaker up to heavyweight i can see him Knocking out povetkin, if not povetkin might be able to win a UD.

David Haye by knockout baby.. The 14 year old kid on roids would get knocked OUT.
