    Haye TKO Maccaranelli 2 Lol

Weren't the Macca fans getting a bit ridicilous?

Like Haye said, he talks the talk and walks the walk.

" I will show the different between an undisputed world champion and a paper champion"

    A little recap:

"Haye has been foolish in choosing this fight," Calzaghe told the BBC's Sport Wales TV show. "He'll not just get beaten, he'll get battered. His only, single hope is a sucker punch, everyone can get lucky with one. But I hope he drops early, for his sake. If it's longer it'll be slaughter and I don't think Haye will box again."

    Enzo Calzaghe

Haye throws too many punchs but this will make him tired at the end round which is easier to KO

Has a venue been announced for this yet? It'll never generate a big enough crowd for a stadium but the O2 arena would be bouncing!

Dude. You have to remember it was a 50/50 fight going in and if Enzo caught him a bit harder he could of had him in the first round with that left hook!

When two ****ers fight eachother predictions don't count for ****.

In hindsight this was not a 50 50 fight, like Hatton v Mayweather the hype led us to believe Hatton had a better chance than he actually did

Damn... That was another chicken dance.

I wouldn't be surprised if they start giving out awards for KO dances.

I've been trying to convert the heathens on this forum to David Haye for a while now.
And I am sick to death of these ignorant twats who constantly play the "Carl Thompson" card.
A risk Haye took EARLY in his pro career and may well have been the making of him.
You see there are too many ballbags who think that because a fighter has a loss it means they are **** when in reality a loss can be the making of a future champ.
Haye has the Tools to worry any man from 200lbs up to HW.
He also has the vulnerabilty of being weak chinned, which is a recipe for exciting fights especially when he is prepared to fight Top fighters instead of bum of the month whil e creaming a pay day.
Haye is the real deal and an example for any future prospects.
Undisputed Champ at his weight class inside 21 fights is a great achievement.
One that is largely ignored by so many "Boxing fans".
Even if Haye loses at HW he is showing by example that he is a dream for Boxing fans.
Don't expect him to fight a long line of nobodies.
This guy will fight with his heart and against the best hje can get.
Will those "Trinket Champs" give him a chance?
            Congratulations Haye.
A fine example of what a Boxer should be.
And for the Marmite motorway merchants liek Anorak & most females...he is pleasant to look at and in shape.
            Not a lazy slob.
In fact those who keep betting against Haye I believe are jealous that the guy has the looks as well as the tools to knock any man on the planet out.

Good post, its easy to boxrec your way through and say "LMAO THOMPSON TKO5 HAYE ROFLAGELMAOPWN" But the more sensible way is actually watching the fight, Haye was green very little experience and he was beating up on Thompson pretty badly before the stoppage, he just punched himself out, he knocked himself out if anything.

50/50 fight was always a total hype, didn't even require hindsight to realize that. The weight issue and possible complacency were the only potential obstacles to Haye blowing Enzo away. Mac could conceivably have caught David with something big 1 time out of 10, but I'd go as far as to say this was always a 90-10 fight so long as Haye was strong at the weight. That'll displease Macca fans, but last night evidenced it. Enzo was fantastic in defeat, but his comment that "if we boxed ten times, the outcome would be different everytime" was his pride talking. He was sorely overmatched in Haye.

Had the unofficial KD been counted and Mac hadn't been caught with that last flush right, there was a slim chance he could've made it into the 3rd. Haye was capable of landing big right hands at will, though, and of finishing it pretty much anytime he liked. But for the cut, I think he would have taken to the 3rd or 4th, but the outcome would have been the same.
