Thats what the problem is here. Everyone is basing there ratings on assumptions - mine are on facts.

Work out your p4p on who your fighters have beaten...not who you THINK they might beat. That's where alot of you are failing, because half of you think Haye could beat the **** out of Wlad.

P4P is about how you would compare against someone if you where the same size it has nothing to do with who you have beat imo. You say yours is based on facts but thats a load of crap there are no facts in a P4P list its all assumptions there is no way to prove a list unless you can make the fighters all the same size.
I am no Haye bandwagon a lot of us on here have supported him for years.

given the fact that Hatton has extensively more experience and has been victorious over a much higher calibre of fighter it is more likely that Hatton, today, would win.

A p4p list, should definately consider who they have beat. It most certainly does not have "nothing" to do with it. The only evidence we have REALLY have, are the records of the fighters. Of which - Hattons is more impressive than Hayes.

gotta agree with mickey, hatton is leagues above haye right now, haye can only dream to be in the same calibur fights hatton has been in, making kostya tszyu quit on his stool, kostya was rated very high in the p4p lists then and hes still considered one one of the best welterweights ever!

his fight with jose luis castillo, castillo was on the downslide, but he had just fought a hard fight with ngoudjo, which was a war. Hatton knocked him out with one of the most brutal body shots ever, becoming the first man to put castillo down for the 10 count.

castillo went on to win his next fight by tko.

fights with maussa, tackie, philips, thaxton, all worth a mention.

plus, he went to america to fight the best fighter boxing has seen for decades, ranked number 1 p4p in the world, floyd mayweather jr in his backyard .. he lost, fair enough, but haye will NEVER and i repeat NEVER be in the ring with a fighter as good as mayweather, he took the loss and plans to fight a hard fighter in juan lazcano at the city stadium.

david haye was beaten by an old carl thompson, BAD stamina issues exposed.

he beat mormeck, a good fighter fair enough, but mormeck isn't as good as JLC, KT or PBF .. he was also dropped in that fight.

he unified the cruserweight division against a hard hitting fat man, enzo mac and plans to move to heavyweight, where, IMO he will have a good couple of fights against C class heavyweights (which is the weakest division at the moment) then be knocked out by a big heavy and be forgotten.

hatton > haye.
