That's why I like Larry because yeah he might come off as a hater sometimes, but IMO he tells the straight up truth.

people dislike him cause it seems like he's trying to hard. He's definitely been influenced by Lampley's style and for most.. it's just not coming off as authentic. He's okay, definitely much better IMO than the showtime guys.

I don't agree. Max is better than Steve Albert, but not as good as Al Bernstein or Steve Farhood.

I like him better than Merchant - with Larry it seemed like whatever certain fighters did was the best ever (like DLH) - and no matter what others did they were crap (Jones). Max has his favorites - but Max can still respect someone he does not like and Larry could never do that.
