This whole punching power argument is pretty ******ed in my opinion. Some people say Shavers hit harder then Big George and Some people say Tyson hit harder then Shavers, etc..

Not one ****ing person knows who hits harder then who, unless you get hit by both men cleanly.

The best looking KO against all the bums both men fought, comes from Peter, still I don't know who hits harder, I know both men can hit hard if the land cleanly, Wlad does land more cleanly then Peter does.

It was the only comment he could have used. No one is going to believe Peter is dangerous because of his Holmes-esque jab or Ali-like footwork. Power is all he has, even if it is exaggerated.

I think there's a huge difference between "Heavy Handedness" and "Punching Power".

And I do think Steward is wrong here, Wlad is more heavy handed.

Heavy Handed fighters do more overall damage with their punches, power punchers can end a fight with 1 single punch because of a combination of timing, handspeed or other. Like..............lol I wouldn't call a prime G-man or Jackson "heavy handed". They were skinny guys. But they threw nasty punches with maximum leverage behind them.

i kinda sense what you getting at. kinda. however being heavy handed to me means ko power and clear authority in punching. there are guys who fight in spurts, feint, pitpat and then unload etc. then there are those like foreman who continually try to throw heavy punches. i might be wrong but i think your confusing a puncher with a guy with more consistent work rate, which peter imo doesnt posses either of the two. heavy handed to me is eexactly what it means, hands that put you down.

but we're not comapring tyson to foreman or vice versa. i mean the choice here is between nigerian nightmare and steelhammer. not really that hard to decide. but stewart's comment is a suspect. if he truly believes that then...........i dont know what to make of that.

the only real imressive looking kayo peter has had in my opinion is over jeremy williams who has an awful chin. 2 common opponents are shufford and mccline. wlad dropped and stopped both whereas peter's punches couldnt drop either guy. wald clearly has better knockouts and over much better opposition
