There are still Eastern European champions left if you meant that though. Wlad from Ukraine, Chagaev from Uzbekistan.

I don't see Chagaev losing his title to a non-Eastern European any time soon (he is fighting Valuev) and I don't see Wladimir losing to anyone any time soon aside from a lucky punch KO.
