I am pretty confident that Haye will do well in the HW division - as he mentioned tonight - " He walks the walk and talks the talk. Haye is for real and just what the HW division needs a bit of Mayweather swagger!!
Haye gets quick KO

Don't mention Skelton.
How does WBA/WBC/WBO undisputed Cruiserweight Champion go on to fight Matt Skelton.
Yuck! don't say it.
Stylistically I think Chagaev would be a ****ing nightmare. I'd pick Wlad over him.
He should target a named American from the get-go. A well known American is always better than a Brit in't it. Even though Ruiz and Rahman are horrible.Comment

I'm a cautious and experienced Englishman and I wonder what Haye could do at Heavyweight. I'd rank him as having a damn good chance against many non-belt-holders in the division and in a couple of fights time, who knows?Comment

he is a world class puncher.
And he is always going to be in exciting fights.
We wouldn't be real boxing fans if we weren't excited about him.
I hate this 'well he wouldn't beat that guy and he'll be exposed ****'
Everyone should like him. No offence to guys like Chagaev but i've seen him fight 3 times and I don't even know what he looks like. The heavyweights need Haye.
I agree though he should go through a few recognised heavies then target Wlad and we'd have ourselves a geniune super fight at heavy. Would be great.Comment

Chagaev has done more in boxing than Haye and the rest of your boys put together. Who are you to tell the rest of the world that we're not fans? We're just not ENGLISH. And you like the others are blinded by the national flag.

You guys are always looking to criticise. Haye did what he needed to do and looked damn good doing it!! Someone said he'll rule at CW but hes moving to HW!! You guys give some of these heavyweights to much respect. The only credible champ up there is Wlad and when he fights someone with power that can actually reach his chin ... Lights out Wlad! Haye won't get crushed but I'm not predicting he'll dominate either. Time will tell but I think hes got a good shot at making an impact in a poor Heavyweight division!Comment

Haye's trainer/manager put it best. Haye is not afraid of taking risks to put on the big fights, he isnt afraid of losing to make big fights. This is a quality that should be admirable in moving up to heavyweight, whether he retires with 1 loss on his record or 5.Comment

at least this early knockout helps build his move into the heavyweight scene. Im excited to see how he does although his defense worries me. they need to move him extremely carefully at first to see how he adjusts to the power difference between cruisers and heavy. putting him in right away against a puncher could be disastrousComment

next up? are you a haye fan or hater? that would be disastrous for haye. he needs to move slowly and get acclimated to the naturally bigger punchers or he'll get killedComment
