    LOL at Klitschko fans saying:

    SAM PETER SUCKS!

But Wladimir still should get ridiculous amounts of credit for beating him, right?

Okay, here's how we are going to make this work: We'll say that Sam Peter is badass when we are talking about how Wladimir beat him before, but when we are talking about a prospective future bout, we can say he sucks. That works out fine doesn't it?

Sam Peter is pretty overrated. Shows how sad the HW division is. I wouldnt be surprised to see Maskaev KO him.

I don't think Sam Peter is a great fighter, he is one of the crudest fighters out there.

If Danny Williams wasn't shot to pieces I'd say he'd smash Peter.

God you love men. Editing my post when I'm not even in the Floyd camp anymore.

I might give them a pass if they did what all other fans do... drag someone's name through the mud for the whole fight buildup and then say he is good after their guy has won... but it's not like Wlad just fought Peter, and they are still talking **** on him, which means they are hurting the significance the Peter win has for Wladimir.

I just love your posts because a few names changed here and there and you get almost universal applicability to any 2 fighters.

            That's the Floydfanboy trick.

Are some Wlad fans doing this? Yes

But Peter is not necessarily a huge win for Wlad, though it was at a pivotal moment in his career. I know you weren't following boxing then, but trust me, Wlad was DONE, on no one's list for tops in the division. In that perspective at least it was an important fight.

Wlad is short on very impressive wins. The only reason his resume can be considered very good is that he has consistently beaten top 10-15 opposition since he was a boy: Mercer, McCline, Jefferson, Byrd (x2), Ibragimov, and several more. That's MUCH better than any other HW of his generation has done.

Lol, maybe you should show me if the bold part is true or not.

I know you've taken them out for a spin a few times on Mayweather, but... you know, there are other fighters in the sport.

I'm a fan of both Sam Peter and Wlad Klitshcko and can honestly say that both fighers get alot of necessary and unnecessary critisms here...

However, I will say that I'm pretty much sold on Wlad Klitschko as being the best hw in the world but am not sold on Sam Peter being a top world class hw. Hopefully tonight's bout will tell us alot about Sam Peter...

I wonder who's alt you are... who pays attention enough to know that I am still a rookie to the sport. Hmmm...

Anyways, it's not a Floydboy trick or any other fan.

Like I said, it is common to trash a fighter in the buildup to a big fight and try to salvage their name after their favorite fighter has gotten the victory.

But, I don't see any Floyd boys bashing Oscar right now, even though they are fighting again. They try to protect the name of someone that their guy already beat.
