Would Cotto face any danger fighting Mayorga?

I know all it takes is one punch and that anyone can get put to sleep but for how aggresive Mayorga would want to be do you see Cotto putting him away early? There would more than likely be no jabs thrown in that bomb fest. LOL. Mayorga isn't known for blinding opponents with a jab and then crushing them with a follow up so I think Cotto would end this show early IMO.

add up Mayorga's last 3 pay per view numbers. it would make A LOT of sense. it would be meaningless really, but financially, it would make a lot of sense. i would rather it not happen.

it wasn't the bodyshots that started the onslaught imo, i belive it was when mayorga put his chin out there and allowed Trinidad hit him freely.

About this fight **** it, make it happen, Mayorga makes for some interesting fights.

I think he forgot who he was fighting. Nobody with any sort of sanity would let Felix Trinidad get in some free head shots. That definitely is what started his decline in that fight. There were one or two moments were he mimicked being weak in the knees but if I recall correctly he was actually stunned ****** during one of them. For all the smoking and dumb **** Mayorga does Cottos body work especially starting early how Cotto does would be way too much for him to deal with. To give an official prediction I say Cotto would sleep him in 7 or less or even 4 if Mayorga doesn't know to stop coming forward and trying to eat punches.
