King gets a lot of ****, and for good reason, but just because he has a bad reputation doesnt mean he cant get things done. I think its very possible that his fighters could go into a unification fight with Wlad, if the fighters REALLY wanted it...
I mean, Juan Diaz had 2 unifications in a row, didnt he? I think even with King, things could get done.

No I actually dont know what your saying, we all know James Toney has sick skills in that ring maybe not a big man nor big ****er but he can eat you alive with slick counter punching and boxing skills, Peter in two fights out boxed Toney and clearly outboxed him in the second fight, perhaps Peter took McCline too light, my point is, Maskaev has Zero boxing skills, so I see an easy night for Peter Maskaev is there to be hit and that is something you dont want to have going in against a puncher like Peter and let me say this when was the last time Rahman knocked out a top ten HW? Lennox Lewis years ago, he caught Lewis with a perfect shot, that doesnt mean he is a KO artist it means he placed that shot very well.
since then he has looked like **** especially against Ruiz, Maskaev basicly wore him down in the fight with his size, this wont happen tonight with Peter sorry to tell you Maskaev is just keeping the green belt warm for sam.

Holy ****, I'd forgotten all about Ruiz vs Rahman. Thanks for bringing back that memory!

I like the payout on a Maskaev victory on this one. Might be worth a gamble, if Oleg can get in a straight right hand early.
He finishes better than McCline so Oleg's chance is to jump on Peter quick and withstand a shot or two.

I think the key to this fight is that people seem to think that Peter is a good/great heavyweight. He isn't.

Nah he has no interest in getting the big fights made if he can't keep control. He'd never risk a belt to a Klitschko unless his hand were forced, or Klits were to sign options. King simply will not work reasonably with the Klits in the picture

Though I beleive what you say to be true, and he isnt a great Heavyweight, However he only has one loss and that is to Wlad, while Maskaev has lost to much lesser oppostion along with having a long very long lay off, and to be honest Maskaev stands in front of you flat footed short night for peter mark my words, I will bet all of my points on it

Remember when Peter stopped looking as hot when he stepped up from fourth tier competition, so they put him back in with an old Audley Harrison victim (Julius Long) to reinvigorate his stock?

Obviously I realise that Peter's technical ability is unrivalled in the division's history - not even Matt Skelton is as gifted - but I don't even believe his punching power is all that. He's okay sparking a few cans, but what elite boxers has he stopped?

I wouldn't be surrpised if he DOES bet Oleg, but Oleg's got a good record of KOing Negrons.... like I say, I've got 15 clams on him.

Will you ****in stop with the crazy currency exchange calculations. The dollar trades around 1:2 with da Limey pound, ****!...

Guys, is Ruiz fighting on the same card as Peter-Maskaev.

There's so much going on tonight, is it actually possible to watch every fight, or do they all clash?
