Good work, Guzi. That helps my claim for Quintana winning. I still think Cotto loses though because he's susceptible to Marg's best punches. I cant see Miguel using his southpaw style to his advantage either.

Thanks Antonio. check this out though, Cotto's money shot is what??? The "LEFTHOOK-TO-THE-BODY". I just can't see how Marg's skinny frame can hold up for 8 or 9 rounds (the typical Cotto KO rounds). We all know Margarito can take a hit, his chin is granite, but at 5'11", you know he gotta be starving himself to make 147! Cotto too, but at 5'7", It wouldn't be that hard to find Margarito's long, skinny midsection. and of of late, Cotto has shown he can take a punch....those left upper cuts by Zab Judah were wicked!! And he did take Mosely's ****ers pretty good too. Marg will do too little too late, like in the Williams fight. Cotto wins this one by "UD".

Antonio is a solid fighter with good power, a good chin, and consistent work rate, but he's slow and doesnt possess great skill. Some of the posters on this site still actually believe hes the most feared man in boxing and believe that his body shots can split the atom **cough cough** c'mon'mang **cough cough**. And some act like he's a club fighter. Yea I also find it very strange as well. Why do you think this is??

Do Margarito fans even remember that a fight with him and Cotto was on the table but he took what he thought was the "Easier" fight against Williams?

Now all of a sudden Cotto gets 2 big wins over Zab & Mosley and he wants Cotto now?

Cotto: "He had his shot last year but turned the fight down to fight Williams. He's gotta wait his turn"

Marg wants that shine, but it won't be easy now to take it from Cotto. He had a better chance last year. Cotto is a lot better now and will beat Marg convincingly.

Antonio margairto has trouble with lefty's. People forget that Miguel Cotto is a natural Southpaw that fights Orthodox. Cotto confused Zab Judah, switching it up, even though Zab is a Southpaw himself. Cotto's quick, snappy, Jabs were in Mosely's face!! This is what Cotto will definately do to get the victory over Antonio Margarito. No way Cotto win by KO, but a "UD" will do.

Yeah I saw the second fight on ESPN live.

And yes I thought Tony was winning before he was cut over the eye. Santos did show great skill at some points.........he's really no slouch. But Tony closed the gap and landed right hands when Santos was trying to be evasive.......etc.

And If I remember correctly, it was a head butt that caused the cut.

Antonio Margarito is one bad ass dude. Who ever disagree's, either doesn't know boxing "or" hates on Marg for what ever reason. If you haven't seen Marg fight, live and up close, you shouldn't even make assumptions. I just feel Margarito's liver hasn't been tested, everybody goes upstairs, and Miguel Cotto will be the one to make Margarito writher when he takes a LEFTHOOK-TO-THE-BODY! and who you can't write off Cintron just yet...he can ****! but if his hands don't hold up, Marg walks right threw him.

I like Cotto and Quintana a lot but all my Puerto Rican brothers have to stop picking fights with blind patriotism and just because the fighter is Rican.
If you put the bias aside for a bit you will realise that Margarito can actually accomplish this and is a threat.
Cintron isn't doing ****, He will get battered like last time ony hopefully this time he doesn't cry.
Marg has problems with southpaws but I see no reason why he shoudln't be able to break Quintana down. Like Hype said.. Quintana is durable as his left nut.. not mine, I have balls of fury
If Quintana can manage to tie him up and box with precaution he could win though.
Anyway, Cotto Marg is the fight we all have to watch out for. The style match up = fireworks! Cotto has never faced someone like Marg and if he can take his power and bullying then I see no reason why he shouldn't win.
If Marg hits him clean though Cotto might be done.
That one is a toss up for me.
