Kesslers response to Miranda challenge

He has no place in a ring with Mikkel Kessler.
Miranda is just overrated, Pavlik kills the hype and he returns to knock out a Contender bum and yall just riding his **** again.

Kessler wants the championshipbelts back. Dont know if beating Miranda would bring him any closer.

I don't think it'd do much in the way of elevating his status, he's too good for Miranda. He needs a Wright or Taylor fight, something along those lines, although, I think Kessler would KO Jermain pretty easily. I think he'd KO Pavlik also, if it ever comes to that. I don't like bitching about Kelly P, and in fact, I'm not -- Kelly is a good guy and he deserves every bit of the hard-earned success he's getting right now, but I see quite a few flaws which could be easily exploited by the likes of Kessler or Calzaghe. I sincerely hope he doesn't fight Joe. It might just be a boxing lesson for Pavlik.

Kessler is very nearly up there with the best of them, in my opinion. Very impressive fighter who doesn't get nearly enough credit. He's also a great guy who deserves much success. He certainly doesn't deserve some of the harsh comments people have made about him since the press release from Miranda/Seminole Warriors appeared. And that's the thing -- some people see articles about how Mikkel is supposedly ducking Miranda, but many don't even realize the article came directly from Miranda's side.

I'd be interested on hearing what Kessler is saying about it. I'm sure he has bigger fish to fry, basically, and that's why he doesn't have time for Miranda.

Come on man.....I wouldnt go that far to call Miranda a bum...In all fairness he is a threat to anybody.( I still think Kessler will win a UD) Miranda may lack the boxing skills that some has but his heart makes up for that. With a big heart it will get you a lot of things in this brutal sport we all love (BOXING)


I would love to see this fight. You have a brawler who could change the outcome of a fight with one punch and you have a solid boxer\puncher with nice technique. Should be a DAMN good fight if it was to happen.

Ray Lewis Jr, I agree, Miranda isn't a bum. That term is thrown around way too much for my liking. While I'm not particularly a Miranda fan, I can see he's pretty good and definitely NOT a bum. Come on -- these guys lay their lives on the line every time they step into the ring. They should be respected. Well, maybe except for Sven Ottke.

I agee. For a bum, it would be a good fight... I'm sorry, man. But to me, Miranda is a bum.. We all have different opinions, I respect your opinion and all that, but I still say Miranda is a bum.
