He always does, if Haye goes to the body like he did against Mormeck he will do some damage.

probably true.... its important to remember as well that dark skin makes muscles look more prominent.... however haye is obviously much more ripped than enzo

I dunno. Though Haye looked somewhat drawn in the Mormeck fight, his body didn't appear as ravaged as you might expect of someone who destroyed themself to make weight. But you tend to take fighters at their word at an ostensibly candid moment like right after a fight. Definitely he had less to worry about weight-wise this time, not having much opportunity to let himself go between the Mormeck fight and the announcement of Haye-Maccarinelli.

I guess the outcome of this fight and/or Haye's subsequent showings at heavyweight will bear out how much of this claim is pure mindgame and how much is truth.

And bearing Booth's comments in mind when rewatching the Mormeck post-fight stuff, it should be noted that David's announcement re. being finished at the weight does seem incredibly staged. Certainly staged and faux-earnest enough to make me wonder why none of us thought to suspect a cheeky ruse prior to yesterday's comments (probably because Haye tends to be something of a loquacious, silver-tongued and cheesy-grinned smoothie in interviews anyway).

I think Welsh Ricky's dismissal of Booth's words owes to a reluctance to admit that Haye might have gotten one over on his countryman. Obviously The Hayemaker has to work to get down to the cruiser limit, but I don't believe he's lying when he says that making weight for this fight was never as great a concern as he'd initially claimed.

Enzo's not gonna know what hit him, I reckon.

If Haye hit's Macca with those Mormeck bodyshots it's a rap.

It's been suggested that Haye, too, could be vulnerable to the body, but, being that he has superior awareness re. shot selection and a greater punch arsenal overall, I'd expect him to make better use of his opportunities than Enzo with his.

Ok. Lets just say he didn't done and Cruiserweight and he can still make it easily.

No excuses from Haye fans then if he loses.

                      Thanks.
