    Lacy Dumps Birmingham

Moments ago former super middleweight champion Jeff "Left-Hook" Lacy informed **********.com that Roger Bloodworth has replaced Dan Birmingham as his head trainer. "It's something that I feel I had to do. I'm used to Dan's ways of training and I needed something that was going to challenge me a little bit more and that's the reason I'm working with Roger again,"stated Lacy. More with the talented super middleweight to follow. Remember where you heard it first!

I doubt it, I feel bad for Lacy he's just completely overrated. He will never live up to the expectations.

Lacy seems to be looking for someone to blame for his downfall. First he blamed Gary Shaw, now it's the trainer. But then again, when things aren't going well people usually make changes.

he has looked pretty crap since the calzaghe fight but maybe a change will do him some good. personally though I think he was/is an overrated one dimensional puncher.

If this trainer gets him to drop the 400000000 pounds of muscle on his arms that make him punch slower than a drunk hobo then it might help.......
