Any of the big Welterweights could do it i.e Cintron,Williams and Margarito by over powering Floyd and also Cotto.

These guys are old (Shane, Oscar), coming off losses (Shane, Oscar, Williams) have lost to him already (Oscar, Zab), have lost to fighters who don't compare to Floyd (all of them except Cotto) or simply do not have the versatily and skillset necessary to cause Floyd problems (all of them)
