He's bigger, probably faster, and just too much for Izzy to handle.

Pacquiao can't make 126 anymore but in a fantasy fight I'd go with Pacquiao, too fast, too big and throws too many punches, he'd win a wide decision or score a late stoppage.

I agree, what was he like 146 in his last fight. I think Vasquez gets hit too much and that would be his undoing against Pac.
