Much in the same way that "Cottyoboyz" claim he is afraid of/ducking Cotto.

No, not bigger name but become a greater fighter. You're too simpleminded to understand this stuff. Why would Floyd come out and say what he wants Cotto to do when he can avoid him and keep the movement of him ducking Cotto growing? Not answering to his critics makes this fight all the more bigger. If he beats Cotto one day, those same guys will have to eat their words.

              Reality

Floyd at this stage of his career does not wanna be an active fighter who has to clean out divisions of any threat out there. Roy did that and collected every belt at light-heavy. Aren't people bashing him for that now?

What Floyd wants is to face great fighters, Cotto is not great YET. If he beats him now, a new Cotto will pop up, probably in the form of Andre Berto.

              Mayweather's persona

His Money May persona won't allow him to speak honestly and truthfully and therefore he will continue to dissrespect opponents by saying that there aint no money in them and that he is all about the money.

But Vlad guarantees you, there is more to it then just money. Don't take everything Floyd says too seriously. Broaden your horizons and look past the soundbites and empty talk that's only meant to piss off fans that despise Floyd.

Is that why he's facing a part-time fighter/promoter for the 2nd time in Sept? Yes Oscar WAS great in his day, but not today!

But the point of your post is fine. Hatton and Floyd milked it perfectly. When I started lurking these forums in '05, that's the fight that all the talk was about. It took about two and a half years. Expect the Cotto fight to be maybe late 2009
And you think Floyd will fight at welterweight at 32 with success? If he's smart he will hang them before that.

You failed to comprehend the meaning behind this thread. I suggest you reread the first paragraphs of the thread.
