I think thats fair enough. I just checked Ring ratings. They seem pretty accurate.

I do think Inkin deserves to be at 6. Froch at 5. And Andrade ahead of Bika.

I edited my list to put Bute in front of Mundine.

Thats where my problems arise. I can't see that as accurate.

The guy has his hands down way to much.

Also who has he beaten? Berrio and Bika? That to me doesn't match with loosing to Kessler by 4 rounds, than beating Green by UD in a great display and stopping Soliman.

If the two were to fight. Bute would get picked off all night. The same with Calzaghe and Kessler, in fact those two would stop him.

Mundine losing to Kessler was 3 years ago, beat Green 2 years ago, I don't count the win over an over the hill Soliman as much of an achievement, he hasn't beaten anyone since and doesn't look like he's in a hurry to beat anyone legit for a while.

Bute has beaten Berrio, Bika and Toney in the last 2 years which is more than Mundine has done.

So your comparing 2 to 3 years. What im saying is sure both haven't fought great opponents. But if they were to fight now. Mundine would pick off Bute with ease. Bute leaves his hands very low. If you thought he did a job on the current LHW WBA champ Danny Green. He would do an even bigger job on Bute. Continually dominating from the outside, and then going on the inside later in the fight.

I don't rank fighters based on what would happen if they fought each other, I rank them based on recent opposition. I think Bute has consistently faced better opposition in this 2 year period, that's why I mentioned the time of the fights.

I dont think anyone can argue that Calzaghe and Kessler are the top two in the division. but after that opinions vary.

                    1. Joe Calzaghe
                    2. Mikkel Kessler
                    3. Lucian Bute
                    4. Eddison Miranda (controversial i know but i really rate the guy)
                    5. Anthony Mundine
                    6. Carl Froch
                    7. Dennis Inkin
                    8. Librado Andrade
                    9. Jurgen Braehmer
                    10. Sakio Bika
