Arthur had his jaw broken for so many rounds and Miranda couldn't capitalize on it. I blame Miranda not the commission. Anyone that can survive for that long gets my respect. Miranda got lazy and couldn't even finish an opponent who was barely fighting back.

Miranda is very overrated, I was never particularly impressed with him. The praise he caught on this site prior to the Pavlik fight was ridiculous. I dont see him doing a whole lot more, especially if he moves up in weight.
