Would Tyson vs. Holyfield III Even Be A Big Event Now?

What kind of PPV numbers do you project? And also would any network (HBO, Showtime) be interested in it?

**I just want to say that I'm against this fight happening, I don't want to see Evander or Mike get hurt and embaress themselves anymore.

A lot of people would tune in to watch it just because of their names. I'd think over 500,000 buys for sure and wouldn't surprise me if it reached 8 or 900,000.

Unfortunately it would be probably do good in the PPV numbers. Just for the fact that a lot of people are still interested in Tyson no matter how far gone he is. Plus look at the Trinidad/Jones fight it brought in good numbers because they were known names, not because it was a meaningful fight. It actually did a lot better than the Taylor/Pavlik II card, which goes to show PPV's sell because of names, not if the fight is meaningful. Im a Mike fan and I don't want to see him fight anymore. If it were on PPV I wouldn't be buying it.

My father would probably get it.

tyson would attract alot of old boxing fans.... you got to add that in.

the fact that it is a Trilogy would attract alot of the watchers from the first two also.

than you have some of us who are just curious.. might not buy it.. but we would talk about it and build hype of it though which would help numbers.
