I think he's good enough though.

I do however think both Floyd and Margarito would beat him.

mosley started at 135.
when i think of true welters i think margarito,cintron,williams.

cotto was bursting at the seams at 140 and may have
even been hurting himself making that weight.
i think his walk around weight is 160 .

When I think of true welters, actually a guy doesnt have to start there but where its his most comfortable weight, heck Floyd was fighting at 106 when he was 16.

Quintana has been a welterweight since he was a skinny kid in his 4th fight. Your point is entirely manipuated anyway since Cotto has only been at 147 for a relatively brief time. If Mosley wasn't a real welterweight than neither was De La Hoya.

He's only fought at Welter 4 times.
