I don't know if you saw Zelenoff's latest two training videos but.. he's throwing straighter punches, workin on the weights and jumping lots of rope. He's also been doing endurance training.. Smart money = Z

Damn, how many times did he **** up jumping rope? It's funny that he posts this training video of him trying to jump rope and he's more concerned about adjusting his Balla shorts than consistently jumping rope. Come on. That video is like 3 minutes and he can't even jump rope with out ****ing up the whole way through.

It amazes me how some people are so comfortable with themselves that they will post ridiculous videos of themselves and think they are cool.
