How to 100% prove Floyd fears Cotto - beyond any doubt

We don't need for De La Hoya to get injured and the situation posted to prove that Mayweather fears Cotto, just look at the evidence that we have now. In the Mayweather vs. Hatton press conference when asked about a future fight with Miguel Cotto he said that "there is no money in that fight", after Cotto called him out Floyd said "Cotto knows that I will beat him", if he is so sure that he will beat Miguel Cotto then why not fight him it should be an "easy win" for him, I mean it really takes a close minded person not to see that Mayweather is afraid of Cotto.

Fair points, but isn't it true that even if Cotto is an easy fight for a lot of money, it is possible that De La Hoya is the easier fight for more money... That seems to be the general consensus that De La Hoya is not a termendously hard fight in comparison to other elite level fighters, and he clearly brings the most money.

Yes and that shows fear in Mayweather of Cotto for going for the easier fights that he knows that would present him a lot of money instead of fighting the fights that would show he is truly the P4P king he claims to be, which also presents him lots of money because a fight with Miguel Cotto would present him a lot of money.

You dont need any of the above to prove Floyd fears Miguel, the fight will never happen what so ever and that in itself proves that Floyd fears Cotto, and who was the idiot who said the Mosley fight proves Cotto will lose to Floyd? he dominated Mosley a man who dominated Oscar in his prime while PBF barley won a one round SD against DLH well past his prime.
bottom line is Floyd would have took this fight had he really felt Cotto couldnt win and if the mosley fight did prove such a crazy claim then why isnt the fight taking place? wouldnt the P4P king jump on the opportunity being that it was so obvious Shane proved that Floyd would win?
