another tip dont bring your back foot of the floor ,do yourself a favour instead of hitting the bag stand infront of a mirror and try & identify things u could be doing better & work on them ,Shadow Boxing is a great way to iron out any kinks in your technique

if u want full extension on your shots u need to turn your fists over quicker as your arm is coming out & your arm will more than likely start to lock out itself & u will get full extension on your straight shots

u are 2 close to the bag u need to take a step back & if u are able to get full extension on your shots u should be able to hit the bag from the outside

if your elbows are locking out at the point of impact u are getting full extension on your shots ,if your arms are not locking out it is probably because u are bringing your elbows up when u punch or u are not turning your fist over quick enough as the punch come out

when the punch comes out u need to be turning your fist over simultaneously

You're not punching enough with your legs and hips like with the left hook. You're not shifting your weight when you're throwing the left hook, you need to distribute the weight to the right side of your body and plant your right foot. Also, when you throw the left hook, you have a habit of sometimes lifting your right elbow.

One more thing is that when you're punching to the body your right hand is also lowering, make sure to keep the right hand up. What i think is most important is what terrible said though, you need to throw higher, more extended and fully turned jabs.
