I'm gonna have to watch it again but after 1 viewing I scored it by 3 rounds for Vasquez.

Marquez was looking good for the first 5 rounds and then Vasquez somehow found the will and started coming on strong. I had Marquez winning going into that last round, but Vasquez with the KD I gave him the fight. I felt like that KD was definitely a KD, but the low blow I felt like was not a low blow. In the end though it was a great fight and I have all the respect in the world for both guys.

I have no beef with the decision.....I think it was the right one. Marquez would have been through the ropes and KOed on the announcers table if the ref hadn't jumped in and called that a KD.....

Good post. My final score was 114-112 for Marquez, but I wasn't upset or surprised to see Vasquez get the nod. He made that last round count like very few other fighters ever have. Good for him.

I would be surprised if more than a small minority thought Marquez won, but I suppose these boards have had some oddballs after fights. Look no further back than Taylor/Pavlik II to see that much.

I guess I'm an oddball. I had Marquez up by 5pts after the 5th. The middle rds were split and vasquez closed it out like a champ. vasquez came up short in my opinion but cong**** on both fighters for what they have done for all of us boxing fans. Who said MMA is better than Boxing!
