    Bute vs Mundine better resume?

Many people believe Bute is the second best fighter in the SMW division. I personally feel Mundine is.

Haven't seen enough of Bute yet to really make my mind up on this. Mundine has skills but is currently pissing them up against the wall on low ranked fighters. Mundine ulimately failed at the highest level (Kessler) and his early tactical naiveity cost him against Ottke, who added Mundine to his huge scalp list of 6 KOs (The german judges were really pissed off, they spent the afternoon coming up with those UD scorecards)

Mundine may have the better resume, but I'd pick Bute to beat him without a second thought.

When comparing Bute to Mundine,it's important to remember that Bute has only 22 fights. On his 22nd fight, Mundine was a worst boxer than Bute is right now, he had 2 losses. One by Siaca (17-4-0) and was knocked out by......... SVEN OTTKE

Right now, the fight would be close but I see Bute winning. Bute is far from his peak and Mundine did not look that great in his last fights.

I'd say Mundine, souley because Green went on to win a Light Heavy title.

I am certainly not a Mundine fan but it is clear to me that he has improved a lot since those early days. Maybe boxing fans don't remember but he only started fighting fairly late and IMO jumped into a big fight like this one a bit early. No doubt he has skills but as can often be seen his mouth is a bit too big for them.

I think Bika is probably the best name that either beat on their resumes. I go with Bute.

Granted he made Ottke squeal like a pig to the ref a few times earlier in the fight.

Bringing up the Ottke thing is childish. The current Mundine Ko's Ottke at his peak within 6 rounds.

As for picking Bute. Why? Because he showed some power in downing a crappy champion in Berrio, then beat Bika.

Mundine would pick Bute of all night. Low hands would spell disaster.

Anyway i can't change many of your thoughts. Were going to have to let the man do the talking with his fists.
