Calling an overachiever like Alfonzo Gomez a bum is horse****. He gives 100% everytime. That automatically gives him bum immunity, IMO.

He's improved since then. It still shows that effective pressure can wear him down, and those werent even 10 round fights let alone 12.

Tackie telegraphs his punches, he's extremely slow. Gatti throws looping punches, and was shot on top of that. The speed of Cotto's punches will be evident right away. Gomez gets lazy with his jab, Cotto will take advantage.

jesus christ thats probably teh closest fight of the 3(a fight espn had alfonso winning anyway...even giving feliciano round 4, which he clearly lost...)

alfonso got robbed in the second fight as well.....

feliciano probably won 6 rounds off of 18 they fought....

Has anyone seen the second fight other then him? I would believe Hyperion, but in all honesty he doesn't have all that much crediblity when he scored Taylor over Pavlik 2 or Wright is undefeated.

Maybe he did get robbed (it was in felicano's home town wasn't it?), but I'd like a second opinion.
