    HOUSTON, TEXAS – Legendary boxing champion Oscar De La Hoya, founder of global sports promotion organization Golden Boy Promotions and longtime business partner Gabriel Brener, Chairman & CEO of Brener International Group have entered into an agreement to acquire significant ownership interests in the Houston Dynamo of Major League Soccer (MLS) it was announced at a press conference by Timothy J. Leiweke, President and CEO, AEG.

    Oscar must know something we don't because here in the States soccer isn't exactly big. We'll see how this works out for him.

      smart guy... Houston Dynamo are back to back 2006 and 2007 MLS Cup Champions. DLH is a smart business man.

          i was gonna go to get another autograph from him, but as you can see in my AV i alerady met him once, and i found out you couldnt really get autos because he was there for soccer and a whole lotta media.

            Great move- Houston is one of the best franchises.

            Now their stadium deal will probably come through and things will be even better

              Oscar de La Hoya will fight Cotto in December or so. I believeCotto will close de la Hoya boxing book in history, way to go Oscar.
