Rafael Marquez B-15 shot??.. Is this what Mosley supposedly thought he was taking??

I was watching the Marquez v. Vazquez III Showtime video in the forums boxing video section and in the part where Marquez is done eating he receives a B-15 shot from his mother.. Could it be possible that Mosley really thought this is what he was taking?

Anyone know what this shot is.. it's vitamins I guess but when Mosley said he thought he was taking B vitamins by injection before the De La Hoya fight I didn't really think or believe him because I didn't know you could take vitamins by injection until I saw Marquez do it now. Of course it turned out to be steroids but Mosley might have been legit.

usually B vitamins are for energy, i'm not to well versed in knowing vitamins but i've never heard of vitamin B-15, i've heard from 3 to 12 B vitamins, but i'm not well educated in the world of vitamins...............
