well to be honest jmm is not a draw, thats the truth. pacman has fans travling just to see him much like tito trinidad.

and when you match morales or barrera with pacquiao you get some great numbers for lowerweight boxers, there numbers are competitive with the bigger guys at 350-375k those are excellent numbers for featherweights.

also look at the numbers of jmm vs barrera what was that 175k ppv buys? and jmm last fight he fought in an indian reservation gymnasium and it seated 2 thousand people.

If they step up the promos some more it wouldn't surprise me at all to have that kind of number. They should start pushing this show hard because so far I'm not feeling the kind of hype it is worth.

200k is not good but its not horrible.

Cotto vs Zab Judah did 225k

Morales vs Diaz did 100k

Taylor has never really been a PPV draw and Pavlik was having his first one, It might actually be a good thing because bob arum has now stated that he only wants to have Pavlik on HBO not PPV.

By the way Pac vs Marquez will do much better then this, I expect between 350-450k

All Flips know what happend in the first fight, and this is the last Mexican left standing of the big 3. I was at the first fight and It was one of the most intense fight Ive ever been too.

At first glance is seems low but at 50$ a pop x 200K thats alot of money 100mil crap.

actually its 10 mill. and alot of that is because of the kimbo vs tank fight I would assume other wise it should've been atleast 350 000 buys.

oh and btw, the kimbo-tank fight started during the 8th round of the pavlik-taylor fight and after that fight ended, I tuned back in time to watch the end of the 8th round. So needless to say, with those 2 fights and the slam dunk competition which was amazing, I was thoroughly entertained on that saturday evening.

MMA and BOXING have 2 completely seperate audiences and if they are fans of both, any reasonable fan is going to go with Pacquiao-Marquez 2 OBVIOUSLY cause its better then anything MMA or Boxing can produce.

And CBS thing is in April.

dude, its no where near that kind of leap. Kimbo-Tank only drew 500,000 viewers, which is a lot but 150,000 of them wouldnt have bought the PPV had Tank-Kimbo not been on.

Its 2 mostly seperate audiences.
