    Heavybag Weight

    I am looking to get a heavy bag what is a good weight?

    I was looking at the 80 lb.

    I am 168 and 5'10.

        No, I'm clearly not, my friend.

        80 Ib would be just fine, no worries.

        If you think you need something solid, you can always use the nature around you. Wrap a rope around a bar, wrap some piece of clothing around that again and knock your knuckles silly.

            Good choice. When you can get that bag to move to a 45 degree angle with just one punch, you are becoming quite powerful.
