Everyone agrees that we need some new upgrades to make the boxing world less political and seem like the fix is in and wwf style antics.....
Back in the 80's the organizations rid themselves of the 15th round fights. 15 round fights didnt propose a lot of draws and fights today if 2 big fighters are going at it very much so ends up into that position.
Now another reason to rid the 15th round rule (and the main) is because the injuries that positioned themselves with fighters going the distance, so we cut it back down to 12 rounds for championship fights and 10 round non championship fights.
What if an organization ordered fighters to go an extra 3 minutes into 13 rounds instead of 12? Would this put much more damage out their for fighters and would this prove much as to who is the elite???? 13 round title fights and 11 round non-title fights...
Of course no organization would ever let this happen and the promoters wouldnt like it one bit, but this would clear the cloud on decisions a lot of times and then it would put fighters to the level of "who is who" and finally we could call one fighter CHAMP.
But this isnt likely to happen due to the politics, but what does people think about this???
