Why wasn't Tony Margarito at the April 12 presser?

Anyone know why? I would of liked to see the Cintron-Margarito II stare down.

For protection of the other fighters. It's just not safe to have Margarito around them, if he stares at them, they'd likely turn to stone and crumble.
