    Alex Valdez

This will be his first fight with us. But he has beaten some good names like M. Pastrana, Hubierto Ruiz, Adonis Rivas and others. But on March first he will be taking on tough and durable Oscar Andrade.
    ...............................................
“Being part of the Vazquez vs. Marquez undercard is a tremendous opportunity,” said #4 WBC ranked Super Bantamweight Alex Valdez (19-2, 15 KO’s). “I have great admiration for Israel and everything he’s accomplished. The fact the he’s my stablemate is an inspiration.”

Valdez , who won 53 out of 56 fights as an amateur, hails from Ciudad Obregon , Sonora . His opponent will be Oscar Andrade.

Valdez recently joined trainer Rudy Perez to work alongside WBC Super bantamweight champion Israel Vazquez who’s been preparing for his showdown against Rafael Marquez. “ Israel is a great person and it’s motivating to train with someone of his stature,” said Valdez . “You learn that you have to put everything into the sport. That you have to make sacrifices.”

He has potential. I remember the scores were like 118-110 , a little to wide but he did win. How did you become part of a promo team. I have always wanted to be part of boxing promo or representation. I will get my degree this summer , so any info would be appreciated.

He contacted us. My dad is a manager, Frank Espinoza. He manages Israel Vazquez and others. And I'm hoping to take after his footsteps soon. I will tell you what, you can pm me some questions later on and after the Vazquez fight....I can ask my dad any questions you have.

I almost forgot to mention that I had the opportunity to train and get to know Israel's original nemisis, Oscar larios. This was back in 98 when I took a trip to Guadalajara. I always was into boxing but in this instance i took it seriously for awhile. Larios was a cool guy and he said if i wanted to be his translator , who knew he would hit it big time. I was also cool with javier El Chatito jauregui. In this gym , also present was Alejandro La Cobrita Gonzalez as well as Manuel Garnica. The man who trained me for the time I was in Mx was Reynoso .
