dont get it, there will always be someone out there that ur gonna say he should fight. even after he fought Cotto or Contron ect... ..

No matter how you spin it, Mayweather was a betting favorite to beat every one of those guys. So the masses of people you think were picking him to get KO'd is likely the result of fanboy paranoia. And yes, boxing fans will always expect the champion to fight all the worthy contenders. That's the price you pay for being the world champion.

those who picked baldomir, gatti, or judah to knock him out were just haters.
fact is fact though.. because people believe in unicorns doesn't make it true.
I could say Forbes will knock Oscar out in 30 seconds.. does that mean it's true?
fact is that Baldomir, Gatti, Judah were never much of a threat to Mayweather.

Judah did better than anyone against Mayweather than any of his last 5 fights. If Judah coulda stayed focused who knows how things woulda played out.

Max Kellerman said that Gatti vs Mayweather was the biggest mis-match on pay per view since Tyson vs Lewis before the fight started. This was the majority's opinion as well.

Baldomir was just said to be a steel-jawed journeyman who would take Floyd the distance and he did.

Hatton was hyped up by some Brits but if you looked at the fight unbiased, you knew that Hatton did not stand a very good chance.

I had Floyd crushing Hatton at 140 and when they made the fight at 147 , after seeing Hatton/ Collzao my money was on MAY. no doubt.

but going in2 Tyson Lewis people were actually picking Tyson to win. so its unfair to say it was a mismatch if people think the person has a chance to win but then gets owned.

see now u are showing your ignorance. even as a fan u have to be realistic. cotto is a very real threat to floyd! will he win? the odds are against him, but he is a very big threat! hopefully floyd does not take the attitude you have if this fight ever takes place or else a loss will become reality!
