    But some great amatures can't do well in the pro!

    Would have been great to see how Teofilo Stevenson and Felix Savon would've done as pro's.

        Holmes lost by DQ against Duane Bobick as an amateur. Hard to imagine.

          Calzaghe won three ABA titles at different weights (welterweight in 1991, light middleweight in 1992, middleweight in 1993). He had a stand-out knockout win over Chris Byrd in 1992.

          He turned pro in 1994 with an Amature record of 119(64)-3

            So many Cubans could have became top level champions if they were allowed to go pro. I don't like speaking in "what if's" though so I will leave it at that

              IMO Stevenson would have made a better pro than Savon.

              The way he carries himself and the way his face look so indifferent reminds me of Ivan Drago
