Someday you will know that the textbook boxing you are taught during your 1st visits to a ring are only part of boxing, especially when you think of the pro game. Floyd Mayweather, Julio Cesar Chavez, and many others rarely do anything with the jab, and they are 100x more skilled than Gomez is. (Hatton is only 10x more skilled than Gomez).

I personally think its because he beat one of your favourites. Cotto will beat down Gomez badly man....badly.

Cotto is basicly clearing out the division, after he beats Gomez he will face the winner of Cintron-Margarito and then Winner of Mayweather-DLH II.

He is only fighter at Welterweight who is respectable. Cant say the same about May, Cintron, Margarito, and the others. Margarito will make cintron cry again, and Cotto will make "the most feared man" a ***** when he outclasses him in a surprisingly easy fight.

The DLH fight was at 154, which was even tougher. If it was at 147 Floyd would have more advantages (as DLH wouldn't be a supermiddleweight in the ring), but you know how the golden boy is...had all size advantages. hell floyd was a Welterweight in the ring on fight night (weighing 148 lbs)
