Baldomir is a journeyman bum with no power and a pathetic record, 44-11-6 with only 13 KO's..LOL
Miguel Cotto is the #1 Welterweight in the world
Floyd is scared of Cotto and he is ducking him, that's the bottom line.
To be the champ you have to beat the champ. Who did Cotto beat to become the champion. Quintana? Wasn't he just a contender competing for a vacant WBA belt. The same WBA belt that Baldomir was supposed to win but didn't because he was too poor to pay the sanctioning fees.
Cotto nuthuggers can fantasize all they want about Cotto being better than Mayweather. Sadlt for them, the above is a fact, which makes Mayweather THE welterweight champion.
Not in a loud way, but their quiet tones said a lot. It just goes to show, everyone thinks the same way about Floyd. He's a ducker, avoider, dodger, and runner, just like in his fights. I like how Cintron even mentioned how he thought Floyd in WWE was to run from the welterweights out. It's true, and Floyd hasn't done shiet to prove himself by not facing the best prime champs in the divisions.
You think Floyd cares what Cintron says? Hell no. Who da **** Cintron ever beat? He lost to Margarito. Cotto is the only one deserving of a fight. Floyd is only 30. He has plenty of time to fight Cotto.

True Story.
Quintana was a better fighter than Baldomir, LoL. It's so sad that all these dumb belts play a huge role in people's minds. Let's say belts didn't exist. Who would you say is the best based on beating his opponent, regardless of belts on the line or not. Let's see, Cotto destroyed Quintana, outboxed and had a nice first half slugfest with Mosley, and KOed Judah at welterweight. Something Floyd hasn't done.
