Wlad should be able to win by a decision. This is a guy who was outboxed by a 38 year old Larry Donald. Valuev is way too slow...

Did you see the KDs? Besides, other than those "knockdowns" Wlad was completely schooling him. He's only gotten much better since then.

I agree, to me Peter hasn't changed all that much since, then. If they fight again Wlad would KO him.

that being said i think wlad wins!
The problem is, Wlad is not trowing power shots as he used to. To KO Valuev, you have to punish him for 10 rounds to even have a remote possibility to knock him down. Wlad threw what, 30 power shots in his last 3 fights?

I think it might be almost physically impossible to KO Valuev. The guy's skull is huge and the way his forehead slopes back I think there's 3 inches of protection for his brain at least. It would certainly be a much more interesting fight than this weekend's and Val looked pretty darn good against Liakhovic. I just don't think he has the power to worry Wlad and we'd see the full offense from Wlad, enough to win a comfortable decision.

I don't know if he could KO him, but I think Wlad wins fairly easily. Valuev is just too slow in hand speed and defense.

Of all the hw in the division now, I think Valuev has the best chance to beat him and also is the biggest fight out there for him. This fight could easily sell out a huge soccer arena in Germany and has the makings of a 'hw super fight.'..

In his last bout, Valuev looked very sharp albeit against a uninspired Sergie Liakhovich. His jab was quicker, crisper and more accurate and his combinations seem to be improving as well. Couple that with the fact that Valuev seems to be very motivated, is always in peek shape, and has his famous 'iron chin,' I think he gives Wlad all that he can handle...

However, Wlad is very experienced, has more power, and has a much better technique than Valuev. Also, I think Wlad does much better fighting orthodox fighters than he does with southpaws...

In any event, this fight for me, is the one that I most want to see. I think Valuev poses a huge challenge and makes this a great fight...

As long as Wladimir doesn't get any funny ideas about stopping Valuev which I don't think he will, Wladimir will win easily by a lopsided decision.

Valuev is the one who only depends on his size to 'outbox' his opponents. Valuev has great cardio for a huge man but not much else, he can stick the jab out there but it's slow and his right hands are atrocious when compared to Wladimir's.

The only way Klitschko can lose this is if he runs out of gas or gets hit by one of Valuev's slow-motion haymakers. I doubt he will but it'd be good to see.

Valuev even if he tried, can't outjab Klitschko, Valuev would pose some problems early on with his size but down the stretch I see Klitschko taking over and winning a decision or late stoppage.
