i hate danny williams. i really hope toney beats his ass, but i dont know if hes still got it

Agreed. I actually want Toney to win this fight because I want him to have a good end to his career, he was a great fighter though an inconsistent one.
Danny Williams is a good guy too and has been inconsistent.

You can never really predict these kinds of fights with two unpredictable fighters but Toney looked so old, slow and shot in his last fights and now that he doesn't have his steroids and is a YEAR older, I can only imagine the condition he is in.

It's a funny thing how Holyfield seems to 'outlive' all of his opponents.
He was supposed to be shot against Bowe, he was supposed to be shot against Tyson, he was supposed to be shot against Lewis, he was supposed to be shot against Byrd, he was supposed to be shot against Toney etc.

And he is still there, while the others are not. Funny... and kind of sad.

According to reports coming out of England, UK heavyweight Danny Williams (37-6, 30KOs) is being lined up for a fight with former four-division champion, James "Lights Out" Toney (70-6, 43KOs). The fight is slated to take place in London in either May or June. [details]

Sir, if the fight is in London, Toney will probably be robbed. I don't think Toney can KO Williams, so he will def get robbed.

JT's back! It's been almost a year since Lights Out last fought! Word is Toney's been training well and is ready to go. Forget about Toney getting KO'd! Year's rest would have done his mind and body the world of good so he'll be fresh and ready to go. The way Toney sees it even though he's just turned 40, he'll say he just turned 30.

Danny Williams is just a little bit better version of Rydell Booker. His performance against Klitchko in 2004 was one of the worst Heavyweight bouts ever to take place and am surprised he's getting another shot and why the fans still want to see this guy after that showing against Klitchko??? Toney will take Williams out in 7.

Toney ruined Peter over 24 rounds in their two fights. Even though Toney's a former Middleweight, Peter was running from him and Toney gave him the wobbles and got robbed blind in first Peter fight! This was evident against Jameel McCline with Peter getting dropped 3 times in a round. Peter's face was like a balloon at the post-fight presser. Maskaev will beat Peter.

I'd also like to see Toney fight Jirov again!
