Why does Wlad keep mentioning his charity work

    after each fight?

Most boxers that have done charity work, never talk about their charity work after a fight.

Is Wlad really trying too hard to please people?

In my opinion when you do some charity work, it's best you don't talk about it after each fight.

So I think that's more to do with pubic awareness of the issue itself.

    lol not just Wlad.

because they arent proud of having to do 200 hours of community service, or the reason for it

Depends on how he mentions it.

If he brags that he did this or that, he's a jackass.
But if he points out issues he cares about, there's nothing wrong with making the public aware of it; after all he's a role model and can influence many a mind.

It's best you don't mention your charity work, let the press talk about your charity work, not yourself.

I think he did it to try and win over the crowd. He does good things for charity and I doubt he would brag, i think he just didnt know how to react to the response he was getting.

i didnt say a damn word about mayweather.... and im guessing thats the only name youre gonna pull out of the "more charity work than wlad" hat??

maybe you can present me with this list you have of all the charitable contributions of each guy so i can evaluate for myself?

also, mayweather may have wlad trumped in the "throwing money at social problems" category but id be willing to bet he is nowhere near as hands on with his causes, nor does he spend his personal time addressing the problems the way klitschko does.

Did you see Mayweather mentioning this after the Hatton fight? My point is many boxer do charity work but they don't mention it like the way Wlad does after each fight.
