He's had some really recent ones and one I was able to read some of the english saying he's almost peaked and whatnot. I think it's cool if he really is writing these articles, having his own blog or whatever when he's got some downtime to let the fans know what he's up to in training. Nothing wrong with that. We are sometimes to believe a fighter is training 24 hours a day when infact, they do come home and settle down before resting and getting ready for the next day.
