Wlad should have fought at this range

If Wlad had closed the gap and backed this guy onto the ropes and in the corners like this then he would have caught him with an uppercut in no time at all.
Skelton showed how to be effective against a southpaw when he faced Chagaev. Wlad was too cautious pawing away at Sultans jab on the outside all night.

Im convinced Chagaev would beat Wlad if Wlad fought the way he did last night.

He didn't want to fight at that range because it would have put him into range of Iggy's shots and Wlad can't fight on the inside. What he should've done is double up the jab to push Iggy back into the ropes and throw right hands when Iggy's back was on the ropes and Klitschko doesn't have a very good uppercut.

Exactly. Lennox got this part right all night. Wlad gave the guy enough room to escape every time.

      It was heartbreaking to watch.
