I never understood why people say all of Mayweather's fights are boring when thats totally untrue, a couple of his fights have been stinkers like his fight with Baldomir. But he has been more exciting fights than boring ones.

Sultan was leaning way back and staying real low... and waiting to counter wlad...

Wlad knew this... when u gata guy thats substantially shorter than you and staying real low and leaning back.. its almost impossible to land that right hand, and not be completely vulnerabel... you have to REACH to land that right hand.. and your completely open to get hit...

Wlad didnt feel comfortable at all trying to land that right hand... without being countered... which is what sultan was trying to do... with sultans style... wlads jab was the only real weapon he COULD use...

the left hook was almost pointless, because hes a southpaw... and was leaning on wlads right side...

Thats why Wlad didnt do anything else except the jab... it was the only punch that was consistently landing, and he sticked with what worked to get the victory, and thats whats important...
