Unfortunately, Pavlik got it. I was rooting for Taylor the whole way and I'm actually very impressed by Taylor's ability to learn. I was please with his preformance.

Hold on, HBO says Pavlik won the 11th, very dubious! One can win a round with a single good body punch? He use that Leonard tatic to perfection stealing the round in the judges eye. Still even if they consider that Taylor was up 2 rounds even having lost both 11th and 12th which he did not. So unfair to Taylor in many way. Career wise if boxing was fair we were probably going into a 3rd fight and i can only imagine the money they would make. In a 3rd fight Pavlik would be even more likely to win because Taylor would be older (which doesn't help with that fading Jermain tends to have in the championship rounds)

that round was more or less even up until that body shot, and since I give points to 'meaningful, damaging punches' and Taylor was hurt, I think its pretty easy to see Pavlik won the 11th.

I still aint seen the fight in good quality yet tho(how embarressing), so I cant say who I thought won as of yet.

Pavlik won 8-4. It wasn't a difficult fight to score, and it's not at all reasonable to give it to Taylor.

          For the 5,000th time.

And, I would have been fine with Taylor winning.

Pavlik won a tough but clear decision in that fight.
