    why everyone copy pavliks training with the bat?

    why is alot of top guys copying it now? whats so gd about it?

      They used to do that training long before Pavlik did it.

        It works on the muscles which help you punch, therefore making your punch stronger.

            pavlik didn't invent it i'm 100% positive. the first time i've seen that type of training was in the russian military and fedor emilianenko for his fights, but i'm sure it's been around before that.

              This training method was used back during Dempsey's era, Pavlik didn't invent it.
