    Whats happened to 147?

Margarito the most feared man in boxing loses in his first real test in years.

Williams the most feared man in boxing loses his first defence.

Quintana who beat the most feared Welter since Tommy Herans gotto stopped by Cotto.

Mayweather since winning the WBC liniar 147lb title has yet to fight anyone that is a 147lb fighter.

Cintron the next big hype was getting beaten by a guy who lost 5x.

    Cotto is fighting Alfonzo Gomez.

    And Mosley is fighting Judah.

Margarito, Williams and to a degree Cintron have been exposed, Mayweather will be forced to give up thw WBC strap. That leaves Cotto, Mosley and Judah and Cotto has already beat both.

Its a mess and become in 12mths a much poorer division.

I think a line has to be drawn between Mayweather, Cotto, Mosley and the rest of the division. Those three are a cut above the rest who are all on a similar level to each other.

Which is not really a bad thing since those who are a notch below are still very live fighters.

I agree. PBF vs Oscar 2 would be bad for boxing it might kill it. What we need is Cotto vs Mayweather.

Yeah I agree. There are six or seven guys who are all more than capable of beating one another which makes it such a competitive division.

If you want to be that negative then...

              Whats happened to 168?

              Kessler just lost
Calzaghe is moving up to 175
Miranda lost twice and his technique is ****
Lacy got 2 gift decisions in his last 2 fights after getting whipped by Calzaghe
Mundine got knocked out by Sven Ottke
Froch vs Inkin - someone 0 will go so that sucks

WTF IS WRONG? Most of them are good fighters, and good fighters lose, the one thing that sucks in boxing right now is the obsession with undefeated records. If you lose to good fighters than I dont see the problem
